At Spectrum I am a senior designer for the PRISM Next Generation Application. PRISM Next Generation is a complex multi-tiered application that enables Spectrum Cable to build millions of miles of fiber all over the US. From quoting, surveying, costing, and managing the construction process. We are using cutting edge AI tools to help us identify and build rapidly. KIRO AI, MIRO AI, FIGMA and process modelers like Camunda all help us define new feature sets and integrate sales, costing, material, surveying, and inventory platforms.

At Elevance Health I was the design system manager for Motif Web and Native Design Library http://www.anthem.com. I managed an agile design system team of 5 designers, created a vast UI web/native design library in Sketch which I converted to Figma during my time there. The Motif Design System was utilized by over 100 designers & developers. My duties included coordinating with the DSM Lead Developer and to provide Design System guidance and support to key stake holders across multiple platform teams.
Additionally, I managed product design and art direction for multiple junior design team members working on anthem.com microsites and campaign initiatives.

At Charter I lead interface and usability design for the self-installation service on the My Spectrum iOS app and Android apps, along with the self-installation web portal.

At TD Ameritrade I led a team of 3 UX designers and translated their designs into the internal design system. I created components and managed the TDA mobile's Sketch design library and style guides. I created wire frames, prototypes, ran user research, and provided visual quality assurance for all designs before and after handoff to the development teams.
I also coordinated and presented exploratory design ideas to senior staff and executed KPIs and feature development with business product owners and analysts. My direct efforts resulted in our app being voted “2020 Best Mobile Broker Award” by Investopedia.

At Nimbus 9, I was head of design for an enterprise wireless cloud-based lighting control startup. I lead design and usability from the ground floor which resulted in the company being offered a 50-million-dollar buyout by Aurora Lighting company. I created requirements, wire frames, use-cases and made all UI/UX design decisions and implementation. I spearheaded company marketing efforts and the creation of a comprehensive Zendesk support help center.

At Compassion International, I designed thousands of illustrator graphics, photoshop design comps and axure wireframes for a redesign of the ministries website and migration to a Tridion CMS system. I developed component templates, components, and pages in the Tridion CMS, including custom HTML, CSS, and Javascript for major redesign of www.compassion.org. I designed and implement new site functionality. From wire framing to deployment. I helped integrate use of Liveperson, Optimizely, Google Website Optimizer, and Crazy Egg. I also setup of numerous Google Website Optimizer A/B and Variant tests.
